The F-C20 features at its core an IWF/IPF-certified smooth-running Smith system, a Half Rack with sturdy hooks and safety bar arms and 6 wheel stations offering 1:1 and 2:1 weight towing ratios.
It has two 135kg stacks with easy-to-use micro-adjusting plates. The wheels, combined with the high-quality cable system, run smoothly thanks to the aluminum finish. A truly versatile machine that's as sturdy as it looks.
Maintain proper posture during squats, shrugs, deadlifts, shin lifts, pull-ups and presses with the built-in Smith machine. Heavy-duty safeties help you get a full-body workout without the need for a supervisor. Easily attach the knurled Smith 16kg (35lb) bar to any of the multiple attachment points to start your workout at the perfect height. For use with Olympic weight plates and a tested weight capacity of 350kg (772lb).
The F-C20 includes double stacks weighing 135kg. Each stack has 2.5kg micro-plates stored on top of each stack for fine-tuning weight selection so you can increase the weight in small increments.
One of the most versatile features is the adjustable arm design. Pulleys move vertically & horizontally and you can lock them anywhere along the path or leave them unlocked for more dynamic movements.
Fans of weight training, can stay true to their roots. The Half Rack is designed for free weight exercises using an optional bar, such as half squats, bench presses and deadlifts. The uprights are made out of 50x50mm steel, with multiple adjustment points and laser engraving, making the set up a breeze. Sturdy Bar Hooks and Support Arms are included for added security.
Dual pulley system for low row pull-ups and back muscles strengthening. Using the two lower cable attachment points, choose from 1:1 or 2:1 pulley weight ratios to adjust the weight of your pulls. The adjustable foot rest plate has a non-slip coating, measuring 53x23 cm (21" x 9"), which accommodates athletes of different body types for full back extension.
Dip bars are another clever upgrade to the C20. They attach directly to the safety bars, allowing you to adjust them to any width that suits you.
Add functional bodyweight training to your split with the built-in chin up station that features adjustable handles, allowing you to set the exact grip width, rather than just sticking to a wide or narrow grip.
In addition, it has a fixed hook for strength belts.
The F-C20 comes with aluminium pulleys for a smoother, longer-lasting performance rep after rep. Included attachments like an EZ Curl Bar, Lat Pulldown Bar, Tricep Rope, Triangle Row Handle, Ankle Cuffs, and more ensure you’re ready for any workout. Plus, the magnetised landmine attachment stores easily, adding yet another dynamic training element to your arsenal.

Achieving a stronger, sculpted back has never been more natural. The High Pulley Station supports posture and spinal stability by offering a full 90° range of motion with different 1:1 or 2:1 cable ratios using the dual upper cable attachment points. It has a Smith bar and a foam pad that doubles as a knee support. Combine it with the included Straight Handle and an optional bench for a complete High Pulley station.

It combines an adjustable bench (flat-inclined), horizontal sliding leg press, hack squat, preacher curl, quadriceps extensions and biceps curls, connected to the double weight stacks.
